Pay Rate Unarmed Security Officer:

$19.00/hour Assignment Location Santa Maria, CA Applicants must be able to reliably report to the assigned post in Santa Maria for all scheduled shifts. Commuters are welcome to apply. Applicants commuting from Pismo Beach or surrounding areas to Santa Maria must be comfortable with the commute and able to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Schedule Part-Time | Flex- Schedule Flexible availability is required.

Swing shifts Weekends Holidays On-call or as-needed coverage Responsibilities As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for: Delivering outstanding service to clients, customers, employees, and visitors Patrolling and monitoring assigned properties and facilities Enforcing site rules, regulations, and company policies Responding promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies Accurately documenting activities and preparing detailed incident reports Coordinating with emergency personnel when necessary Reporting safety hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns Maintaining a professional and visible security presence Following all post orders, company procedures, and client requirements Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements: Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) Pepper Spray Certification (Preferred) Baton Permit/Certification (Preferred) Handcuff Certification (Preferred) Valid Driver's License (Preferred) and reliable transportation (Required) High school diploma or GED Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to reliably commute to the Santa Maria, CA assignment Must be a U.S. citizen Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the assigned shift
