Role:
Veterans Covert Protection Group (VCPG) is a veteran owned, California licensed covert protective services firm serving corporate clients, private estates, and executive principals across the Bay Area. Our agents are selected for their judgment, discretion, and ability to operate seamlessly within any environment. We are hiring a Security Operations Supervisor to lead our field operations across corporate, residential, and executive protection sites, upholding the standard our clients expect at every location. This is a hands on leadership role. You will build the operational plan in the office and be present in the field to ensure it is executed to standard.
Responsibilities:
Assign, deploy, and adjust agent coverage across multiple concurrent sites, owning shift readiness, post orders, and coverage continuity. Conduct in person site visits, spot inspections, and post checks to verify agents are performing to standard. Walk properties and corporate environments, identify vulnerabilities, and translate findings into protection plans and post orders. Work with HR to onboard new agents, run field training, and correct performance in real time Serve as the operational point of contact for demanding clients, including high and ultra high net worth principals. Respond to coverage gaps, personnel matters, and security incidents, then document them cleanly.
Required Qualifications:
Five or more years supervising security operations across multiple sites, including corporate and UHNW residential or executive protection environments. Active California BSIS Guard Card. BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit. Proven experience staffing sites, running site assessments, and training agents. Strong field judgment and the ability to lead in person. Clean, professional presentation and discretion suited to high value clientele. Valid California driver license and clean driving record. Ability to work on site in Pleasanton and travel to client sites across the Bay Area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Military or law enforcement background. California CCW. Formal executive protection training. CPR, First Aid, and AED certification. Why VCPG? We take a different approach to protective services.
