ProRehab HealthCare Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Pleasanton, CA! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clinical and administrative staff Maintain and organize patient records, files, and office documentation Support billing, data entry, and insurance verification processes Order and manage office supplies and inventory Assist with general clerical duties including copying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:
