Pay:

$19.50-21 per hour, depending on experience and certificates Position Overview We are currently hiring for both Parking Lot Patrol and Inside Store Security positions. Parking Lot Patrol Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout the parking lot, deterring theft and criminal activity, responding to incidents, and assisting customers and employees as needed. Inside Security Officers work alongside the client's Asset Protection team to help prevent theft, monitor high-risk areas, respond to incidents, and maintain a safe shopping environment.

Please Note:

If you are interested in the Parking Lot Patrol position, you must be flexible and willing to work inside the store when operational needs require it. Scheduling is based on business needs, and officers may be assigned to either position. Job Duties Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property as assigned. Maintain a highly visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity. Work closely with the client's Asset Protection (AP) team. Respond promptly to all radio (walkie-talkie) communications. Observe, document, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations. Respond professionally to incidents while following company policies and post orders. Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance. Must be willing to perform additional duties not specifically listed in this job posting while assisting the Asset Protection team and supporting store operations. Requirements Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required). Minimum 8 years of security experience. Previous bouncer, retail security, or high-visibility loss prevention experience preferred. Must be comfortable working both inside the store and outside in the parking lot . Applicants interested in the Parking Lot Patrol position must be willing to work inside the store when needed. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent observation, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear and accurate Daily Activity Reports and incident reports. Comfortable using radios, CCTV systems, and other security technology. Must comply with all post orders and report to work in full uniform. Reliable transportation to Red Bluff. Only applicants with a valid California Guard Card will be considered.
