Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $20.50 per hour, based on your experience and certifications. The role involves a mix of foot patrols and monitoring of lobby areas, responding to service calls, securing various doorways and rooms, assisting residents, supporting any on-site staff during incidents, and removing unauthorized individuals from the property. As part of the job, all officers are required to complete digital reports each hour using the THERMS report writing system. (Training on this is provided).
