•Watch Commanders must have supervisory experience in any industry Exercise good judgment in handling unruly persons and emergencies; record observations. Communicate using hand-held radios. Maintain security situational awareness. overseeing the day-to-day operations of a security team, managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, responding to incidents, monitoring security systems, and implementing security measures to protect the public and security employees and training new security staff, and conducting regular spot checks. Will require a clean driving record Valid BSIS Certified Guard Card
