Supervise and manage security staff Perform Security Officer duties when needed Implement and enforce security procedures Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities Train Security Officers and Shift Leads Communicate with operations management Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out Assist with payroll and personnel managementWHAT MAKES YOU GREAT FOR THIS ROLE

Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Possess a valid state-issued Security Guard guard card . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred) and willingness to travel to multiple sites. Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice. Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Must have a working smartphone for scheduling, communication, and reporting purposes. Experience leading a team including; Recruiting, Interviewing, On Boarding, Scheduling, Teaching, Accountability, CCTV, Basic computer skills including; Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience. CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Customer service experience in high-visibility or client-facing roles. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Core Expectations Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Adapt quickly to different sites, post orders, and client requirements. Follow all company policies and procedures, including incident reporting.
