Duties

• Check customers' identification to verify legal age
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
• Greet and welcome patrons in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance, deterring any potential security threats
• Respond to emergencies or incidents, such as medical emergencies or security breaches, following established protocols
• Handle any conflicts or disputes that may arise among patrons
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
• Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and compliance Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of conflict management strategies and techniques
• Certification in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, guests, and colleagues
