As an integral part of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, and emergency response. Your role will involve safeguarding property, managing security protocols, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, physical fitness, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols of the facility to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or unauthorized access attempts. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities for future reference and compliance purposes. Perform background checks on new employees or contractors as part of the onboarding process to ensure safety compliance. Operate firearms responsibly in accordance with legal regulations and company policies; perform firearm handling with precision and care. Execute emergency response procedures such as first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser deployment when necessary. Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of security equipment or supplies while adhering to safety protocols. Enforce security regulations by patrolling premises regularly and managing conflict de-escalation techniques when needed. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external intervention.
