Event Security Officer

On Call, Variable Hour Overview Cornerstone Protective Services seeks professional Event Security Officers for on call assignments at festivals, concerts, conventions, private events, and large public gatherings. Officers support crowd safety, access control, and guest management. Responsibilities Manage guest entry and credential verification. Conduct bag checks or visual screening when required. Control access points and restricted areas. Monitor crowd behavior and respond to disturbances. Assist with guest directions and event operations. Report incidents and safety concerns to supervisors. Complete required reports after incidents or major events. Work Schedule On call assignments based on event needs. Shifts vary, day, evening, weekend, or holiday coverage. Officers accept shifts based on availability. Requirements Valid California Guard Card preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to stand and patrol for long periods. Professional appearance and conduct. Reliable transportation. Ability to work in large crowds and fast paced environments. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on assignment and role.
