Job Description
About Us Bar Bet is a fast-growing live entertainment and fitness company hosting high-energy public events throughout Southern California. Our events are livestreamed to thousands of viewers and require security to help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for participants and spectators. We're looking for reliable security guards with an authoritative presence to become part of our long-term team as we expand across multiple locations. Responsibilities Maintain a safe environment for guests, participants, and staff Monitor crowds and help prevent disruptions Professionally de-escalate conflicts when necessary Protect company equipment and event setup Assist with opening and closing event operations Work closely with event hosts throughout each shift Represent Bar Bet with professionalism and excellent customer service Qualifications Event security experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Comfortable working outdoors Able to stand and walk for extended periods Weekend availability required Preferred Candidates We're looking for individuals who are: Able to project authority and maintain a strong, professional presence at public events Calm under pressure Dependable and punctual Interested in growing with a rapidly expanding company Schedule Primarily weekends 8-10 hour shifts Additional shifts available as the company expands Pay $25-30 per hour
