SUMMARY Security Officer Patrols Casino and Casino premises to maintain order, enforce regulations, and ensure observance of applicable laws. Responsible for the safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, personnel, and guests.
Job Requirements:
- Patrols Casino and Casino premises to maintain order, enforce regulations, and ensure observance of applicable laws.
- Responsible for the safety and security of employees, patrons, facilities and grounds.
- Patrols lobbies, corridors, and public rooms, confers with management interviews guests and employees, and interrogates persons to detect infringements and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalisms, and accidents.
- Varied work schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Prevents admittance and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises of the businesses.
- Performs first aid when necessary.
- Protects money room and administration offices.
- Properly identifies all employees entering the businesses.
- Provides money escort and chip fills.
- Must pass background and acquire gaming license.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Nine months related experience and/or training in security/law enforcement or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one within 90 days after hired.Benefits:
