Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access
• Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report any unusual or suspicious behavior
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and observations

Skills:

• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring
