We are trusted and tested, ensuring that our clients, customers, and properties remain Trident Protected . Role Description This is a Security Officer role located in Aurora, Colorado . Officers may be assigned to static posts and/or vehicle patrol duties depending on operational needs and client requirements. This role requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate independently or as part of a coordinated security team. Officers must be prepared to perform a wide range of security functions, including: Static site security and post coverage Vehicle patrol of assigned properties and surrounding areas Access control and controlled entry point monitoring Interior and exterior patrol operations Surveillance awareness and radio communication Incident response and de-escalation Enforcement of restricted access areas Property checks and visible deterrence presence Emergency response support and coordination Officers must be comfortable working in dynamic environments while maintaining a calm, professional, and highly visible presence. Key Responsibilities Maintain security presence at assigned static posts Conduct vehicle patrols of designated properties and surrounding areas Monitor and control access points and restricted areas Perform scheduled and random interior/exterior patrols Identify and respond to suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security threats Provide rapid response to incidents and support de-escalation efforts Observe and report violations, disturbances, or unusual activity Maintain radio communication and coordinate with supervisors or team members Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident reports Support emergency response procedures as needed Minimum Qualifications Active Aurora security license , if required, or ability to meet applicable licensing requirements U.S. Citizen or Naturalization Card Holder Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to stand, walk, and/or patrol for extended periods Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Ability to work static posts and conduct vehicle patrol responsibilities Ability to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent Own duty gear required, as applicable to assignment Highly Qualified Candidates Prior experience in static security and/or mobile vehicle patrol Experience securing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties Military or law enforcement background Experience with access control, incident response, or investigations Familiarity with radio communication and coordinated security operations EMT, First Aid, or CPR certification Associate's Degree or higher
