Saturday - Sunday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Position Overview Citadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer for overnight coverage at school property in Aurora. The site tends to be quiet during these hours, but the expectation is to stay alert and keep an eye on the property throughout the shift. This role is mostly independent. You will be walking around the campus, checking that everything is secure, and stepping in if something does not look right. Key Responsibilities Walk the campus and surrounding areas at regular intervals Check doors, gates, and exterior areas to make sure they're secure Watch for trespassing, vandalism, or anything out of place Maintain a visible presence while on patrol Respond to any issues that come up during the shift Write clear notes about daily activity and any incidents Follow post orders and site guidelines Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Able to consistently work overnight weekend shifts Pays attention to surroundings and small details Can communicate clearly, both written and verbal Reliable with attendance and overall conduct Preferred Experience Around 1 year of security or related experience Familiar with patrol routines and basic report writing Work Environment School campus setting with both indoor and outdoor patrols Regular walking and standing required throughout the shift Overnight hours where things may be quiet, but awareness is still important Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
