6:00 AM•6:00 PM Position Overview Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Unarmed Security Officer for a daytime assignment in the Boulder area. This role focuses on maintaining a steady presence on site, supporting day-to-day activity, and helping keep the property safe and organized. This position works well for someone who stays alert, follows direction, and can handle tasks independently while interacting professionally with staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible presence at assigned posts Assist individuals entering, exiting, or moving through the property Conduct routine patrols and stay aware of surroundings Identify and report safety concerns, unusual activity, or policy violations Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, or site contacts Complete daily logs and incident reports with accurate details Operate company vehicles when required, following safety guidelines Follow post orders and company procedures during each shift Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work consistent 12-hour day shifts Strong attention to detail and observation skills Clear written and verbal communication Reliable attendance and professional conduct Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in security or a similar role Familiarity with report writing or basic documentation Comfortable working independently with limited supervision Work Environment Combination of indoor and outdoor duties May involve standing, walking, and occasional driving Daytime schedule requiring steady focus throughout the shift Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
