SOCO Security Services is seeking a reliable and professional Flex Security Officer to primarily handle scheduled mobile patrols in Cañon City, with occasional shift coverage in Pueblo. This position offers flexible work with the opportunity to work approximately 4 to 6 days per week depending on coverage needs. Cañon City Patrol Duties The primary responsibility will be completing 4 scheduled patrols per day at assigned client properties. Pay is $25 per patrol, totaling $100 per day. Patrols generally take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour each depending on site activity. Total active patrol time is normally around 2 hours per day and will not exceed approximately 4 hours under normal operations. The officer must remain available and on call between scheduled patrols for client service calls or additional site needs. Pueblo Shift Coverage The Flex Officer will also occasionally cover open security shifts in Pueblo when needed. Pueblo shifts pay $20 per hour and are typically 12 hour shifts. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols Inspect client properties, access points, doors, parking areas, and other designated areas Respond to client service calls when assigned Document patrol activity and incidents accurately Maintain professional communication with clients and the public Remain alert and maintain strong situational awareness Cover occasional Pueblo security shifts as needed Schedule Opportunity for approximately 4 to 6 days of work per week Primary assignment is Cañon City patrol Occasional Pueblo coverage Schedule and available days may vary based on operational needs Pay Cañon
