Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Officer Citadel Security USA is seeking a reliable Unarmed Security Officer to provide vehicle-based patrol coverage during a consistent weekday afternoon and evening schedule. This position focuses on maintaining a visible presence throughout an assigned gated property, identifying unusual activity, and promptly reporting security or safety concerns. The right candidate should be dependable, observant, comfortable working independently, and committed to maintaining a professional presence while operating a company-provided patrol vehicle. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout the assigned gated property. Maintain a consistent and visible patrol presence across designated areas. Monitor for unauthorized activity, unusual circumstances, property concerns, or potential security issues. Check designated entrances, access points, roadways, and surrounding areas as directed. Identify and report suspicious activity, damage, safety concerns, or other conditions requiring attention. Follow established patrol routes, post orders, and assignment-specific procedures. Operate the company-provided patrol vehicle safely and responsibly while completing assigned rounds. Respond appropriately to routine security concerns and notify the appropriate supervisor when additional assistance is needed. Maintain accurate documentation of patrol activity, observations, and incidents. Remain alert throughout the entire shift and use sound judgment when making routine decisions. Required Qualifications Valid Driver's License required. Clean driving record preferred and must meet company vehicle-use requirements. Ability to successfully complete required background screening. Ability to work the full Monday-Friday schedule. Comfortable performing vehicle patrol duties independently. Strong observation and situational-awareness skills. Ability to communicate concerns clearly and professionally. Ability to follow written instructions, post orders, and established procedures. Professional demeanor and sound judgment when handling routine security matters. Patrol & Reporting Expectations Complete vehicle patrols according to assigned routes and instructions. Monitor designated areas throughout the shift rather than remaining stationary for extended periods. Report security concerns, damage, unusual activity, or other notable conditions promptly. Complete required reports accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain awareness of changing conditions throughout the assigned property. Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
