AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by verifying visitor information, issuing visitor badges, maintaining entry records, and communicating with authorized personnel regarding arrivals and deliveries. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures. Answer questions, provide directions, and support employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk while maintaining awareness of security-related activity in a financial services location. Support security-related operations by observing lobby activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and coordinating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of security-related experience. Access Control/Badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
