$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Description/Position Overview Safety First is hiring dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guards throughout Connecticut. This role offers the opportunity to work at a variety of client locations. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service. Preferred Experience Must have guard card and bar/nightclub experience. Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Part-Time Schedule:

Thursday 21:30-01:30 Friday 21:00-02:00 Saturday 21:00-02:00 Responsibilities Provide a visible security presence throughout assigned property. Control access points and verify identification when required. Monitor guests and identify potential safety concerns before they escalate. De-escalate conflicts using professionalism and excellent communication skills. Remove disruptive patrons when necessary while following company procedures. Work closely with venue management, event staff, and local law enforcement. Complete accurate incident reports. Patrol assigned areas on foot throughout the shift. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance. Requirements Must have guard card and bar/nightclub experience.
