As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the lounge area, monitoring activities through surveillance systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your proactive approach will help create an enjoyable and secure experience for everyone. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the lounge area to monitor activity and identify potential security risks Operate CCTV surveillance systems to oversee all lounge zones and detect suspicious behavior Control access to the lounge using access control systems, verifying identification and guest credentials Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, conflicts, or safety hazards Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences Perform background checks on new staff or vendors as required to ensure safety compliance Assist with emergency response procedures such as fire drills, AED operation, CPR administration, and fire extinguisher use Skills Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on surveillance and incident management Strong knowledge of CCTV operation, access control systems, and emergency response protocols Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe movement of equipment or individuals Excellent conflict de-escalation and conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Skilled in incident report writing with attention to detail and clarity Knowledge of security regulations, compliance standards, and performing background checks effectively Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and assertively in diverse situations Join us in creating a secure environment where safety meets exceptional service!
