$22.15 per hour About the Role We're looking for a professional Flex Security Officer to join our team in a healthcare environment in Sharon, CT. This is a flexible position, and you will be scheduled as needed to cover different shifts. Schedule Requirements Must be available for any shift (days, evenings, overnights) Must be available any day of the week Weekend availability is required Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors Patrol facility premises and monitor access points Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner Enforce site policies and procedures Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports Provide excellent customer service to everyone on site Qualifications Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies Strong communication and observation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be able to work in a healthcare setting and follow all site-specific protocols Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay: $22.15 per hour Training for the healthcare environment and site-specific procedures Opportunities to pick up a variety of shifts as needed If you're reliable, flexible, and committed to safety, we'd like to hear from you.
