In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and property through religious services being held during Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur Holidays Duties Monitor event premises continuously. Manage access control systems to verify credentials and permit authorized entry while preventing unauthorized access. Perform detailed incident report writing to document any security breaches, disturbances, or safety concerns accurately. Respond swiftly to emergencies by executing established procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols. Handle conflict de-escalation with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes peacefully. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during incidents requiring background checks or law enforcement support to ensure compliance with security regulations. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on physical security and incident management. Connecticut Guard License & Blue Card Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with emergency response procedures a plus. Strong communication skills for incident report writing, customer service interactions, and conflict resolution.
