We are looking for a hands-on leader who can effectively supervise staff, maintain accountability, and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Position Requirements:
Approximately 45 hours per week Previous management/supervisory experience required Must have a valid driver's license Must have a valid CT guard card CT Blue Card, class 1 endorsement preferred but not required Must have a flexible schedule and be available based on operational needs Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and able to effectively manage employees and day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid CT Drivers License Current CT Guard Card Previous Security Experience Previous Supervisor Experience Pass Background Check Has Reliable Transportation Benefits Include:
