GATEHOUSE & PATROL SECURITY OFFICER

Bonita Springs, FL | Part-Time 20 Hours/Week | $21.00/hour We are seeking a professional Gatehouse & Patrol Security Officer to provide security services at a luxury residential community in Bonita Springs. This position combines gatehouse access control with routine security patrols and requires a professional, customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.

SCHEDULE

Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 8:00

PM Saturday:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 20 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

Prior security experience preferred Valid Florida Security D License required Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff the community gatehouse and monitor access Verify residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitors Conduct routine security patrols throughout the community Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents Follow all company and client policies and procedures
