PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and issue or collect access credentials in accordance with property procedures. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site management and/or emergency responders as directed. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns. Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control exceptions accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess 1 year of law enforcement, corrections, military experience and/or degree in criminal justice Possess an Armed Guard Card or license. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
