VIGILANT

Security Officers holding a valid Class D license to join our security team to safeguard our premises and ensure a secure environment for staff, visitors, and residents. Currently we have openings on the 3PM - 11 PM shift. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining physical security, conducting patrols, managing gatehouse entry, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach will help prevent incidents, enforce security protocols, and uphold the safety standards of our community. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a secure workplace while utilizing your security expertise and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol designated areas regularly to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety. Provide excellent customer service. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or unauthorized activities. Write daily reports documenting property status or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy. Provide friendly welcome at Gatehouse entrance for all visitors, vendors and residents. Requirements Valid Class D security license with proven experience in physical security operations. Gatehouse experience. Strong communication skills for incident report writing, conflict management, and customer service interactions. Demonstrated ability to respond calmly under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with all security regulations.
