Specific Requirements:

Enforce quiet hours. Calling proper authorities if guest is non-compliant with rules and regulations. Making regular tours of property, including parking lot, hallways, lobby and stairwells. Ensuring property conditions. Ensure lightings in all common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobby and parking lots) are properly lit. Document everything in writing and pictures as necessary. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Preferably 1 year experience in security. Ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Physically fit for the job requirements. Good communication and ability to work well with others. Organized and focused on safety of property, guests, and employees.
