24/7 Operations | Multiple Shifts Available Position Overview Dynamic Integrated Security, Inc. is seeking reliable, alert, and technology-oriented Security Operations professionals to join our 24/7 Security Operations Center. The Command Center CCTV Monitoring Officer is responsible for actively monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access-control platforms, and other security technologies. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to respond appropriately to security incidents and system alerts. This is an active security monitoring and response position, not a passive surveillance role. Officers will communicate with field personnel, coordinate responses, document incidents, and escalate situations according to established procedures and client post orders. Students and individuals pursuing studies in Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Emergency Management, Public Safety, Homeland Security, Security Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras, video surveillance systems, alarms, accesscontrol systems, and security alerts. Identify and assess suspicious, unauthorized, unsafe, or unusual activity. Monitor security events and respond according to established procedures. Dispatch or coordinate with security officers and field personnel when necessary. Contact emergency services or appropriate authorities when required. Maintain clear communication during security incidents and emergency situations. Create accurate and timely incident reports, activity logs, and security documentation. Monitor and report camera outages, equipment issues, and other technical problems. Safeguard confidential security footage, reports, and operational information. Follow company policies, client post orders, escalation procedures, and security protocols. Maintain situational awareness while monitoring multiple systems and information sources. Escalate incidents appropriately and maintain accurate records throughout the response. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screening. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic to strong computer proficiency. Ability to accurately document incidents and prepare written reports. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Ability to remain focused and alert during extended monitoring periods. Ability to work assigned shifts consistently and reliably. Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: CCTV or video surveillance monitoring Security operations center (SOC) or command center operations Security dispatch Alarm monitoring Accesscontrol systems Emergency communications Security officer operations Law enforcement Military Loss prevention Emergency management Public safety Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone, Verkada, or similar video management and security platforms is a plus. Applicable Florida security licenses or credentials may be required depending on assigned duties.
