Duties Conduct regular patrols of premises using surveillance tools and physicaresponse procedures including

CPR, AED

operation, Taser deployment, and firearm handling when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy. Perform background checks on new employees or vendors as part of the screening process to maintain a secure environment. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to handle disputes or disruptive behavior effectively while maintaining safety. Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies by providing relevant information and support as needed. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, military service, law enforcement or related fields demonstrating strong physical security knowledge. Valid firearm handling certification along with training in Taser use and other defensive tools. Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures to provide immediate assistance during incidents. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while patrolling or managing equipment. Skilled in incident report writing with attention to detail for legal and operational purposes. Familiarity with surveillance technology, access control systems, and performing background checks is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
