Security Guard - 2nd Shift

Posted Security Guard Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and appropriately Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed Enforce security protocols and procedures Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities Write detailed incident reports as necessary Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role Knowledge of security operations and procedures Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively Strong observation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision First aid, CPR, or other relevant certifications are a plus Prior experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military is beneficial Must pass a background check and drug screen Proof of US Citizenship (birth certificate, etc.) Valid driver's license and Class D security license Guards pay starts at $17.00/hour and Supervisory pay range starts at $18.50/hour We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
