In this role, you will monitor secure entry points, control access, observe CCTV and alarm systems, and respond to security events following strict protocols. You'll communicate with armored truck crews and dispatch, verify identification, document incidents, and maintain detailed logs. Working in a highly regulated, mission critical environment, you support safe, reliable cash management services for financial and retail clients while upholding Brink's standards of integrity and customer focus. Responsibilities Control and monitor access to armored facility and secure areas Operate CCTV, alarm, and access control systems to detect threats Communicate with armored truck crews and dispatch via radio or phone Verify identification and credentials for all personnel and visitors Respond to security events following Brink's protocols and regulations Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation Perform routine security checks and inspections of doors, gates, and equipment Collaborate with operations teams to support safe cash handling and logistics Follow safety, firearms (where applicable), and compliance procedures Uphold Brink's standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus Required Skills Physical security procedures Access control systems CCTV monitoring Radio and dispatch communication Incident reporting and documentation Alarm system operation Situational awareness Basic computer proficiency Knowledge of security protocols Customer service
