Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including building interiors, perimeters, and restricted areas to identify potential security breaches or hazards. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by following established emergency response procedures; provide first aid or CPR when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other occurrences with clarity and accuracy. Perform background checks on new employees or vendors as part of compliance procedures. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety. Qualifications Proven experience in physical security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of security regulations, fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and compliance standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and physical security patrols in various environments. Skilled in incident report writing with attention to detail for legal and operational purposes. Familiarity with surveillance technology, access control systems, law enforcement collaboration, and performing background checks. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict de-escalation abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
