Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.Responsibilities:
- Monitor recreational center
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Enforce HOA Rules on the property
- Control access points and verify individuals' credentials
- Provide assistance to customers and employees when needed
- Complete reports on incidents and suspicious activities, and illegally parked vehicles
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Experience in surveillance and law enforcement
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Familiarity with CCTV systems
- Military or law enforcement background is a plus
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques
- Possession of relevant security certificates and "D" Security License
