PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Maintain a professional armed presence while monitoring access points, observing and reporting unusual conditions, and assisting with visitor directions and facility inquiries. Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and responding agencies as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a CPO certification. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
