Douglas Gardens has an immediate opening for a part-time Residential Aide . Primary responsibilities include assisting residents with housing related needs and assisting in maintaining a safe and drug-free environment. Position is located at the Mayfair Residence in Miami Beach.

Overnight Schedule:

Monday 11:55pm-8:30am Thursday 11:55pm-8:30am Friday 11:55pm-8:30am

Job Functions:

Front desk - answer calls, take messages, sort mail. Address resident requests, complaints and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Conduct rounds of the property to ensure safety and security of residents. Document observations. Provide residents with necessary toiletries and supplies as appropriate. Submit maintenance requests when needed. Enforce rules and visitor policies. Respond during emergency situations. Contact police or fire when necessary. Complete incident reports promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED . Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage stressful situations. Pass level 2 background screening and drug screening.
