Are you a dependable security leader with strong field experience and a clear communication style? We are hiring a Bilingual Security Road Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations, uphold high service standards, and support our security officer team across active client locations. This dynamic mobile supervisory role keeps you in the driver's seat, patrolling regional sites, coaching security personnel, responding to incidents, and ensuring seamless execution of all security post orders.
Core Responsibilities Mobile Field Oversight:
Perform regular site visits and random post audits to ensure security officers meet attendance, appearance, and performance standards.
Incident & Emergency Response:
Serve as the primary field responder for site incidents, medical emergencies, or security breaches; draft clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports.
Field Training & Mentorship:
Conduct hands-on onboarding for new security officers, deliver on-site training, and correct operational gaps immediately.
Client Engagement:
Serve as an approachable, professional liaison for site managers and client representatives to ensure contract satisfaction.
Shift Logistics & Dispatch:
Assist scheduling operations by managing open shifts, unexpected call-outs, and emergency coverage using company patrol assets.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of supervisory background in commercial security, law enforcement, or military service.
Language:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strictly required (verbal and written).
Licensing:
Active State Security Officer License (Class "D" required; Class "G" armed license preferred).
Driving Record:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history eligible for corporate vehicle insurance coverage.
Background Check:
Ability to complete a background check and drug screen.
Schedule Flexibility:

$52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
