Job Description
Security Supervisor Supervisor Margate, Margate, FL 33068 About This Position Kent is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to assist in monitoring security services, as outlined in Post Orders and in the Operational SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
Responsibilities:
- Security patrols, enforcing security procedures, training of employees on post
- Assisting dispatch and on-site Kent employees with proper handling and reporting of incidents
- Responding to calls for assistance, writing reports, providing assistance to officers in accordance to established procedures Training of new security staff, and performing of other related duties, as assigned by Operations and Dispatch Qualifications
- Must have a Valid Class D and G Security License
- Prior security, military, and/or law enforcement experience preferred
- Must have a valid Florida driver's License with a clean MVR report
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work immediately upon approval.
- Coordinate and managing employee schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely adjustments to meet operational needs.
