Full-time Security Officer Position Summary:

The Full-Time Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security Work across multiple posts and locations as assigned Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Enforce company policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors Complete accurate reports and documentation Must have retail experience

Requirements:

Must be able to work multiple posts and adapt to different assignments Must have open availability with no prior scheduling restrictions during the first 90 days of employment. Must have retail experience Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior security experience is a plus, but not required Must have Class D Security license in the state of Florida Must have valid Driver's license

Work Schedule:

Full-time schedule: Tues-Sat 7a-3p at our Mall site

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
