AM What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hospitality and recreational property. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of club facilities, guest areas, parking areas, grounds, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and maintain required equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Possess a valid armed guard card or license. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
