Sandhill Cove is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security Officer to join our Facility Services Team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a
Security Officer:
Responsible for greeting, directing and authorizing incoming traffic. Works in conjunction with the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Transportation departments when availability of staffing is limited and performs tasks as required to satisfy the residents' needs and concerns. Greet all guests, visitors and employees in a courteous professional manner. Performs scheduled rounds both inside and outside of the buildings to maintain a secure environment Monitors and maintains scheduled security checks, walking inspections and radio requests. Responsible for immediate notification of all emergencies to appropriate personnel. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma is preferred. Position requires a valid Florida Driver's License. Requires a Class "D" Security License. Must have the ability to obtain a CPR/AED certification. 2pm to 10pm - Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday.
Starting hourly rate:
$16.75 an hour
