Panama City Type:

part-time: 3-hour block on Saturdays and 6-hour block on Sundays Please note, that there will be opportunities for other shifts to be picked up as well.

Qualifications:

Combat arms military experience or sworn law enforcement experience (state, federal, or military) Current Florida D and G security licenses , or actively pursuing Ability to pass a thorough FBI criminal background check Advanced small arms training and firearms proficiency Medical response training (first aid, CPR, stop the bleed) Experience with physical security measures (surveillance, access control, alarms) Strong threat identification and de-escalation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible, active security presence on school grounds Patrol and monitor access points, conduct security checks Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement security protocols Provide security guidance and support to students and staff Maintain firearm proficiency and adhere to safety and legal standards Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements Apply de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts Conduct regular security assessments and stay current on best practices and legislation Additional Information Position requires passing a thorough background check May involve occasional evening and weekend work for special events

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 9.0 per week
