Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and perform physical patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Enforce loss prevention policies by observing suspicious activity and intervening appropriately to prevent theft or damage. Perform safety checks including first aid administration and conflict management when necessary to de-escalate situations. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly. Assist in emergency preparedness drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of surveillance techniques such as CCTV monitoring. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; additional training in conflict management is a plus. Background in military or law enforcement service is advantageous due to familiarity with security procedures. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security systems including CCTV technology. Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding effectively to emergencies or conflicts. Strong observational skills combined with excellent communication abilities. Physical fitness to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond swiftly when needed.
