Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 3am

Duties Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of all occupants. Control access to the building and verify visitor credentials. Greet tenants and guests in a courteous, professional manner. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and tenant concerns. Conduct routine inspections of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter grounds. Prepare detailed and accurate incident, activity, and maintenance reports. Coordinate with building management, concierge staff, and emergency responders when necessary. Enforce property policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Skills Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. Provided evidence of have served at least 2 years in a responsible full-time security position. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. You must have a valid Class D License; You must have a valid Driver's License.
