Job Description As a Security Associate at La Posada , you will help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and team members. In this role, you will serve as a visible presence throughout the community, monitoring activity, responding to situations with professionalism and care, and providing exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to hospitality and resident well-being.

Pay Range:

$15.00

•$15.50/hr Paid Vacation 401K / Plus other additional Benefits Free Meal each shift What will I do every day? Respond to emergencies appropriately and with expediency, assist with emergencies, disturbances as required Provide excellent customer service to protect the community and residents and facilitate the maintenance of a warm, secure and friendly environment Maintain the resident and visitor databases Provide protection for the residents, guests, associates and visitors Respond to emergencies and call Police and Fire and Rescue as necessary Prepare reports and forms as required in connection with the Security Department What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day High School graduate One to two years of experience as a Security Guard (preferable with seniors) Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Special Requirements/Certifications:

Valid "D" Security License

•Preferred not required Valed Drivers License
