Visidium Global LLC is expanding our Florida operational roster and is currently seeking approximately 10 qualified professionals for upcoming and ongoing assignments.

We are recruiting for:

Licensed Security Officers — Armed & Unarmed Executive Protection Agents Executive / Protective Drivers This posting is based in the Sarasota, Florida area, but Visidium Global supports clients and assignments throughout Florida and beyond. Candidates who are willing and able to travel for assignments are strongly encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION

Security Officers:

Approximately $22.50

•35.00 per hour, depending on the assignment, qualifications, responsibilities, risk profile, and value of the protected property or environment.

Executive Protection Agents:

Starting at approximately $550 per day, with assignments paying up to $850+ per day depending on the client, assignment, duration, travel requirements, and the agent's function on the protection team. Executive /

Protective Drivers:

Compensation generally follows a similar day-rate structure to Executive Protection assignments, based on experience, assignment requirements, vehicle responsibilities, and operational role.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who understand that private security and executive protection require much more than simply maintaining a physical presence.

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

Professional appearance and communication Strong situational awareness and sound judgment Reliability and punctuality Ability to operate professionally around clients, executives, families, guests, and staff Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility with schedules and assignment locations Willingness to travel is a significant plus

SECURITY OFFICER CANDIDATES

Applicants should possess the appropriate Florida security licensing required for the assignments they intend to work. Experience in residential security, luxury properties, hospitality, access control, event security, corporate security, or other professional security environments is preferred.

EXECUTIVE PROTECTION CANDIDATES

Prior professional experience in Executive Protection, military, law enforcement, specialized security, protective intelligence, or another relevant field is strongly preferred. Formal Executive Protection training is highly desirable. Candidates should understand professional EP fundamentals, including discretion, advance work, situational awareness, client interaction, movement, transportation, communication, and working effectively within a protective team.

EXECUTIVE / PROTECTIVE DRIVERS

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in: Executive or VIP transportation Protective/security driving Chauffeur or luxury transportation services Law enforcement or military vehicle operations Route planning and advance work Professional client-facing transportation A clean driving record and high level of professionalism are expected.
