Full Job Description Schedule:
Thursday to Monday = from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with Tuesday and Wednesday off Job Summary The Security Rover is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the assigned building property through mobile patrols, observation, and rapid response. The role focuses on deterrence, early detection of security risks, and prompt reporting of incidents while providing a professional presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the building, including common areas, parking facilities, perimeters, and access points. Monitor for suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards, vandalism, or theft. Ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are secure at all times. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations in accordance with site procedures. Coordinate with building management, emergency services, and law enforcement when necessary. Prepare accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports. Enforce building rules, access control procedures, and safety regulations. Provide assistance, directions, and customer service to tenants and visitors as required. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems if assigned. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or security vulnerabilities to management. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
