Responsibilities:

Monitor assigned areas for suspicious activity, criminal behavior, or violations of client policies. Report all incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies promptly and accurately. Respond to emergencies including medical situations, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and bomb threats in accordance with established procedures. Maintain a visible security presence to deter crime and enforce client rules and regulations. Arrive on time and complete all assigned shifts, including overtime when required. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear the assigned uniform properly. Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable demeanor. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Handle crisis situations calmly, efficiently, and professionally. Understand and successfully carry out all post orders, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Valid Florida Class D Security License. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Must be at least 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable laws or contractual requirements. High school diploma or GED required. Authorized to work in the United States.
