This role is crucial in safeguarding our physical and digital infrastructures that are vital to our operational integrity and the security of our data and assets. As part of our dedicated security team, the successful candidate will employ advanced security measures, manage risks, and respond to incidents with precision and effectiveness. Responsibilities Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols for both physical and digital infrastructures. Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or disturbances immediately. Coordinate with law enforcement and other security professionals in case of a security breach or other incidents. Maintain detailed security logs and report findings to the Security Director. Conduct background checks and security clearances for visiting personnel when necessary. Train staff on security protocols and crisis response strategies. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and practices to continually enhance our security measures. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of security protocols and surveillance systems. Proficiency in risk management and incident response. Ability to conduct and analyze security audits. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
