Job Summary The Security Guard at Arcade Time Entertainment is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our guests, employees, and property. This role combines a strong presence on the floor with proactive monitoring and quick, professional responses to incidents. Responsibilities:

 Provide a visible security presence throughout the venue, including entrances, arcade areas, bar, dining spaces, and event areas.  Monitor surveillance systems, alarm systems, and facility access points to ensure the safety of guests and staff.  Conduct routine security checks of restrooms, stairwells, and less-trafficked areas.  Greet guests and provide assistance or directions as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.  Enforce venue policies, including age restrictions, alcohol service compliance, and safety rules.  Monitor guest behavior to identify potential safety or security concerns and intervene as necessary.  Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents such as medical emergencies, disputes, lost children, or suspicious activity.  Prepare clear, concise incident reports for any security or safety issues.  Work with local law enforcement, fire department, or emergency responders when required.  Support the staff team by assisting in crowd control during peak periods or special events.  Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and first aid protocols.  Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or property damage.  Act as a key point of contact for overnight and late-shift safety needs.

Qualifications:

 Previous security, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience preferred.  Current security officer license (where required by state law).  CPR/First Aid certification preferred.  Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.  Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.  Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies.  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  Flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Position requires availability across all operational hours, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays Shift assignments will vary based on business needs.
